I have released a public repository on Github where I will be uploading free layouts for anyone to use. There will be at least 1 new layout published every week so be sure to keep checking back, or even consider subscribing to the repository so you don't miss an update.
Tailwind is a CSS framework that differs from the likes of Bootstrap, Foundation, or Bulma in that it's not a UI kit.
It doesn't have a default theme, and there are no built-in UI components.
On the flip side, it also has no opinion about how your site should look and doesn't impose design decisions that you have to fight to undo.
The above was taken directly from the Tailwind website itself, that's how they describe their framework.
I have been using Tailwind for a while now and love how much control you have over your design and layouts. Before Tailwind, Bootstrap was my usual framework of choice, but it always felt like you were somewhat restricted in the layouts you could create.
Here's a link to the repo on Github if you want to check it out for yourself. https://github.com/rossmcneil/free-tailwindcss-layouts
